Description

The Asst cook should be proficient enough to substitute for the main chef when he is not available. 2. He is supposed to assist the Main Chef for Food preparation during Stays or Events. 3. He is supposed to prepare staff meals for max about 10-15 pax everyday, when there are no guests for Stays or Events.

Special Requirements

They should also have the fwg pre-requisites: 1. No Criminal Records (Police or Court Case) 2. No Addiction of any kind, especially those which might interfere with the discharge of his/her duties like excessive drinking/tobacco usage. 3. No Debts on him/her or immediate family that (s)he is obligated to repay 4. No Disease like Diabetes/Hyper-tension/Cough/epilepsy, etc which might interfere with the discharge of his/her duties. 5. No medical ailments prevalent with his/her immediate family which may mandate the employee's presence most of the time. 6. In case if they have Farmland in their villages, then preferably siblings/extended families who work on the farm.
