Description
The catering manager will be responsible for managing the end to end catering operations of Dough Re Mi. In addition to this, he will also be responsible for systemising our regular operations. His roles and responsibilities will include: - Identifying, negotiating with and onboarding suitable vendors for each value added service such as crockery, cutlery, wait staff, decor, etc. - Training staff to conduct themselves adequately in front of customers - Managing end to end operations of each event from logistics to wrapping up - Managing customers during events and being the face of Dough Re Mi - Creating systems for overall back-end operations such as efficient inventory management and order logging - Suggesting improvements in operations - Growing with the team
