Description
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and dining areas, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, in compliance with health and safety regulations. Dishwashing and Cleaning: Responsible for washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently to maintain a steady supply of clean items for kitchen and dining room use. Supporting Kitchen Staff: Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients, as well as maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies. Organizing and Stocking: Keep storage areas and supply cabinets organized and well-stocked, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored according to hotel standards. Assisting Waitstaff: Support restaurant servers by delivering food orders to dining tables, refilling beverages, clearing plates, and providing exceptional service to guests as needed.
