Description

Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, provide a friendly and professional demeanor, and escort them to their tables. Reservations Management: Manage incoming reservations, record details accurately, and ensure timely seating for reserved guests. Waitlist Management: Maintain a waitlist during peak hours, estimate wait times, and keep guests informed about their status in the queue. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, accommodating special requests, and resolving any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to assist guests with menu choices and answer questions. Communication: Maintain effective communication with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate seating, table assignments, and guest flow.
