Description
1. Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, hosts/hostesses, and support staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. 2. Training and Development: Train new staff members on restaurant policies, service standards, and procedures. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve performance and customer interactions. 3. Shift Management: Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands while optimizing labor costs. 4. Customer Service: Lead by example in providing excellent customer service. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. 5. Quality Control: Monitor food presentation, portion sizes, and overall quality to ensure consistency and adherence to restaurant standards. Conduct periodic inspections of the dining area to maintain cleanliness and ambiance. 6. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of supplies, beverages, and other essentials for the dining area. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to replenish stock as needed and minimize waste.
