Description

Prepare, cook, and present pizzas to the highest standards. Ensure that all pizzas are made according to established recipes and presentation guidelines. Monitor and manage oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection. Ensure all pizza ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available. Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings as needed. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Head Chef or Sous Chef. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Conduct regular taste tests and adjust seasoning and ingredients as necessary. Ensure that pizzas meet customer specifications and dietary requirements. Manage the pizza section efficiently, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are maintained and used safely. Train and supervise junior staff and apprentices in pizza preparation and cooking.
