Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently and promptly. Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of all kitchenware. Empty trash bins regularly and manage waste disposal. Equipment Cleaning: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers. Hygiene Standards: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Dining Area Assistance: Set up and clean dining tables between customers. Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure a tidy dining area. Event Support: Assist during special events with setup, service, and cleanup. Collaborate with the catering team for event-related tasks. Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and helpful service to customers. Address customer inquiries and requests promptly. Team Communication: Maintain open communication with kitchen and service staff. Relay information about stock levels and equipment status. Cleaning Schedules: Follow established cleaning schedules for various kitchen areas. Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift. Quality Control :Ensure the quality and cleanliness of all tableware and serving utensils. Report any breakages or defects promptly.
